- Once you have purchased the course, please allow up to 24 hours for the course to be activated, and over a weekend or public holiday, the course will only be activated the following business day.
- The course consists of approximately 6-8 hours of video-based learning material plus assessments between each section. You are required to complete the course within four weeks of registration. If you do not do so, your details will automatically be removed, and you will need to re-register and pay again to continue.
- The hardware/software requirements are at least 5GB of free disk space and we recommend at least 4GB of RAM. Your device should be running Windows10 or later or Mac OSX mavericks 10.6.8 or later. Mobile devices should be running Android 8 or iOS10 or later versions,
- The platform is optimized for Chrome browsers.
- If using a mobile device, we strongly recommend that you utilize Wi-Fi to avoid data charges from your cellular provider.
- You will need access to an email address as well as a printer and scanner as there are certain documents that you will need to download, print, sign and email.
- Note that videos are set to mute on autoplay and you may need to select the speaker icon on the video frame to unmute.
